BV/CV Panel

Vaginitis is a common problem that affects millions of women each year. Vaginitis is an inflammation or infection of the vagina that usually happens where there is a change in the balance of bacteria or yeast normally found in the vagina.

The most common causes for Vaginitis are Bacterial Vaginosis (BV), Candida Vaginitis (CV) and Trichomoniasis (Trich). The combination of these three separate vectors account for 90% of Vaginitis cases each year.
