Dr. John Lee joined Pacific Rim Pathology in 2011 after completing both residency and a surgical pathology fellowship at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Dr. Lee is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Lee has served as the director of Renal Pathology and Electron Microscopy at Pacific Rim Pathology since 2011. His areas of expertise include renal pathology, breast pathology, and general lab pathology.

Dr. Lee also currently serves as a staff pathologist within Sharp Healthcare providing his services at Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Sharp Coronado Hospital.
